A JW and an atheist pop into a pub for a beer. After the bartender brings both a pint, the two gents clink their mugs and toast to their mutual belief that there is no such thing as an immaterial soul or spirit.

At that exact moment, the bartender sneezes and sees the JW and atheist sheepishly staring at him. For a moment all three were thinking the same thing.

What were they thinking?

Here are some quotes from early church fathers that mention both God and Jesus Christ as Savior:

Ignatius of Antioch, who died around 98/117 AD, referred to Jesus Christ in several ways, including as "Jesus Christ our Lord," "Our God, Jesus Christ," "Jesus Christ, the God who made you so wise," and "Jesus Christ, our God".

Irenaeus of Lyons, living from approximately 115 to 190 AD, spoke of Jesus Christ as "the Son of God, who became flesh for our salvation" and "Jesus Christ our Lord and God and Savior and King". He also stated that Jesus is uniquely "in his own right God and Lord".

Clement of Alexandria (c. 153 - 217 AD) described Jesus as "the Word... both God and man, and the source of all our good things". He also called Jesus "the Savior, the soother, the divine Word, he that is quite evidently true God".

Tertullian, active from around 160 to 215 AD, believed that "this one only God has also a Son, His Word," who was "born of [the Virgin]-being both Man and God, the Son of Man and the Son of God, and to have been called by the name of Jesus Christ".

There was also an article on mazes about this time. I was going to draw one for the school news paper. But, thank goodness mom found the appropriate view towards mazes in a WT publication. They are connected to ancient paganism and there was even a monster named a minotaur who lived it them who would temp people into entering.

Of course, once inside the maze they got lost and the minotaur would doubtless eat them in due time when he got hungry.

Are we not thankful for being saved from such evil? Where would we be without the organization?

Remove the Trinity doctrine and we believe in the same Jesus.

Remove Jesus deity and you have a different Jesus.

To condemn a soul to hell over a doctrine

No one gets condemned over a doctrine.

He who believes in Him is not condemned; but he who does not believe is condemned already - JN 3: 18

We all start out as "already" as condemned slaves to sin after the age of accountability. We therefore want to make sure we are entering to a legitimate agreement with Jesus. As long as we believe that he has has ALL authority in heaven and earth in order to make such an agreement, and if we ask him for it, and abandon ourselves to Him; I believe that the Holy Spirit as an internal witness will make any necessary corrections in fairly short order.

Well, for one thing it just makes you look ignorant and hypocritical to criticize AI when all search engines now employ it.

The bottom line is that every single objection you have put forth has been roundly shot down with mountains of evidence from multiple lines of reasoning and approaches.

I haven't seen you cry this hard since.... well never. Did it ever occur to you that your repeated failures to defend your view might be an indication of a wrong view?
